  • 0.5 oz Benedictine · Herbal Liqueur
  • 0.75 oz Lemon juice · Juice
  • 1.5 oz Barsol quebranta pisco (encanto)

Instructions

Shake with ice and strain into a coupe glass. Float 1/2 oz Lustau Palo Cortado Sherry (Lustau Oloroso).
