Dandelion Martini

0.25 oz Brine made out of lactic fermented dandelion greens and lemon peel (*) · Other
0.75 oz Dolin blanc vermouth · Vermouth
2 oz St george botanivore gin · Gin

Stir with ice, strain into a cocktail coupe, and garnish with a lemon twist.
