0.75 oz Wray & nephew overproof white rum · Rum
0.75 oz Green chartreuse · Herbal Liqueur
0.75 oz Lime juice · Juice
0.5 oz Honey syrup (3/4 oz 1:1)
3 dash Celery bitters (3 dash bitter truth)

Instructions

Shake with ice, strain into a coupe, and garnish with a lime peel spiral and a spritz of absinthe (rinse Copper & Kings).
