- 1 oz Lustau east india solera sherry · Sherry
- 1 oz Amaro sfumato
- 2 dash Mole bitters (angostura cocoa)
Instructions
Stir with ice, strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice, and garnish with an orange twist.
