Grenadine (1/2 oz), Dry vermouth (1/2 oz la quintinye), Puerto rican rum (don q cristal)

1 Egg white, Lemon juice, St. germain, Leblon cachaça (seleta gold), Laird's 7 1/2 year apple brandy (laird's bonded)

Rittenhouse rye, Lemon juice, Ferrara orgeat, Angostura bitters

Sugar, Angostura bitters

Lemon juice, Ginger syrup, Honey syrup, Laphroaig 10 year scotch, Oak-aged smoked angostura bitters (*)

1 Egg white, Lemon juice, Simple syrup, Pedro ximénez sherry (lustau), Gin (beefeater)

Grenadine, Apricot brandy (rothman & winter), Bacardi rum (1 1/2 oz plantation 3 star)
