Honi Makai

Ingredients

  • 0.25 oz Orgeat
  • 0.25 oz Allspice dram (hamilton's)
  • 0.5 oz Orange juice
  • 0.75 oz Lime juice
  • 0.5 oz Overproof rum (stolen jamaican overproof)
  • 1.5 oz Aged rum (appleton select)
  • 0.25 oz Herbsaint

Instructions

Shake with ice and strain into a double old fashioned glass (whip shake, pour into a Tiki mug, and fill with crushed ice). Garnish with a mint sprig, pineapple leaf (omit), and orange wheel.
