Fratelli Fizz

Ingredients

  • 1 literal 1 Egg white
  • 1 oz Cream
  • 0.5 oz Lime juice
  • 0.5 oz Lemon juice
  • 2 oz Fernet branca

Instructions

Shake once without ice and once with. Strain into a highball glass containing 2 oz of soda water. Garnish with a mint sprig and an orange twist; add a spoon straw.
