Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Dubliner irish whiskey (jameson)
  • 0.75 oz Amaro ramazzotti
  • 0.75 oz Dolin blanc vermouth
  • 0.25 oz St. george pear brandy (rothman & winter orchard pear) (*)
  • 1 dash Orange bitters (angostura orange)
  • 1 dash Peychaud's bitters

Instructions

Stir with ice, strain into a coupe glass, and garnish with an orange twist.
