1.5 oz Dubliner irish whiskey (jameson)
0.75 oz Amaro ramazzotti · Amaro
0.75 oz Dolin blanc vermouth · Vermouth
0.25 oz St. george pear brandy (rothman & winter orchard pear) (*)
1 dash Orange bitters (angostura orange) · Bitters
1 dash Peychaud's bitters · Bitters

Instructions

Stir with ice, strain into a coupe glass, and garnish with an orange twist.
