Ingredients
- 1 literal 1 Pinch salt
- 2 dash Orange bitters
- 0.5 oz Avèze gentiane liqueur
- 1.5 oz Bonal quinquina
- 2 oz Amontillado sherry
Instructions
Stir with ice and strain into a rocks glass pre-rinsed with absinthe. Garnish with an orange twist.
