Ingredients

  • 1 literal 1 Pinch salt · Other
  • 2 dash Orange bitters · Bitters
  • 0.5 oz Avèze gentiane liqueur · Liqueur
  • 1.5 oz Bonal quinquina · Other
  • 2 oz Amontillado sherry · Sherry

Instructions

Stir with ice and strain into a rocks glass pre-rinsed with absinthe. Garnish with an orange twist.
