Ingredients

  • 2.5 oz Gin (2 oz beefeater) · Gin
  • 0.5 oz Sweet vermouth (cocchi) · Vermouth
  • 0.5 oz Blanc vermouth (dolin) · Vermouth
  • 1 barspoon Luxardo maraschino (1/8 oz)

Instructions

Stir with ice, strain into a coupe pre-rinsed with absinthe (Kübler), and garnish with a lemon twist.
