Dr. Clown Shoes

Ingredients

  • 0.25 oz Absinthe (kübler)
  • 0.5 oz Raspberry syrup
  • 0.5 oz Lime juice
  • 0.5 oz Lemon juice
  • 1.5 oz Gin (beefeater)

Instructions

Shake with ice and strain into a highball glass filled with fresh ice. Top with ~2 oz soda water, garnish with both a wide lemon and lime peel, and add a straw. Variation: use Bourbon instead of gin.
