0.5 oz Ginger syrup · Syrup
0.75 oz Lime juice · Juice
0.75 oz Cynar · Amaro
0.75 oz Cruzan blackstrap rum · Rum

Instructions

Shake with ice, strain into a rocks glass (cocktail coupe), and garnish with an orange peel "cup" peel side down, filled with 151 proof rum (El Dorado), and ignited.
