1.25 oz Brennivin aquavit (aalborg)
0.75 oz Cardamaro · Amaro
0.5 oz Rainwater madeira (blandy's 5 year verdelho)
0.25 oz Amaro ramazzotti · Amaro
0.25 oz Jm creole shrubb (pierre ferrand dry curaçao)

Instructions

Stir with ice, strain into a rocks glass with a large ice cube, and garnish with an orange twist and sage leaf (omit the sage).
