Ingredients
- 1.25 oz Fernet branca
- 0.5 oz Laird's applejack
- 0.75 oz Lemon juice
- 0.75 oz Maple syrup
- 1 literal 1 Egg white
Instructions
Shake one round without ice and one round with ice, strain into a cocktail coupe, and garnish with a Granny Smith apple fan.
