  • 1 oz Plymouth gin (beefeater) · Gin
  • 1 oz Blanc vermouth (dolin) · Vermouth
  • 0.75 oz Salers gentian liqueur (suze) · Liqueur
  • 0.25 oz Allspice dram (hamilton's) · Liqueur
  • 0.13 Of crème de peche (mathilde)

Instructions

Stir with ice, strain into an old fashioned glass with ice, and garnish with a lemon twist.
