Ingredients

  • 0.25 oz Demerara syrup
  • 0.25 oz Orange juice
  • 0.5 oz Lemon juice
  • 0.25 oz Clear creek douglas fir eau de vie
  • 0.75 oz St. germain
  • 1.5 oz Grant's blended scotch
  • 2 dash Bittermens tiki bitters

Instructions

Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail coupe. Garnish with a lemon twist. Perhaps Zirbenz could be substituted for the eau de vie in a pinch.
