  • 2 dash Peychaud's bitters · Bitters
  • 0.5 oz Cane syrup (*) · Syrup
  • 0.5 oz Lemon juice · Juice
  • 1 oz Lustau amontillado sherry · Sherry
  • 1 oz Plantation special dark rum · Rum

Instructions

Shake with ice and strain into a coupe glass.
