1 tsp Lemon juice (1/4 oz) · Juice
1 tsp Goya guava jelly (1/4 oz la fe guava paste melted with a little water in the microwave)
1 literal 1/2 Egg white · Other
0.5 oz Meletti amaro · Amaro
1.5 oz Cognac (courvoisier vs)

Shake once without ice and once with ice, strain into a glass, and garnish with Angostura Bitters.

Angostura bitters, Lime juice, Grenadine, Cynar, St. george terroir gin

Angostura orange bitters, Luxardo maraschino liqueur, Lemon juice, Mulberry syrup (*), Lustau spanish brandy

Egg white (1 egg white), Crème de cassis, St. germain, Lime juice, Vodka (damrak gin) (*)
