  • 1.5 oz Laird's applejack · Brandy
  • 0.5 oz Alvear amontillado sherry · Sherry
  • 0.5 oz Frangelico · Other
  • 0.25 oz Luxardo maraschino liqueur · Liqueur
  • 0.75 oz Lemon juice · Juice

Instructions

Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Float a dash of allspice dram and garnish with a fennel frond if available.
