Ingredients
- 1 literal 1 Egg
- 1 dash Bittermens mole bitters
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
- 0.25 oz Brown sugar simple syrup
- 0.75 oz Benedictine
- 0.75 oz Pimm's no. 1
- 1.5 oz Oloroso sherry
Instructions
Shake once without ice and once with. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.
