Esmeralda's Elixir

Ingredients
- 1 literal 1 Egg white
- 0.5 oz Lime juice
- 0.5 oz Cinnamon syrup
- 0.5 oz Aperol
- 1.5 oz Leblon cachaça
Instructions
Shake once without ice and once with ice, strain into a cocktail coupe, and garnish with several drops of Angostura Bitters swirled into the egg white froth and with freshly grated cinnamon.
