Ancient Mariner

Ingredients
- 0.25 oz Pimento dram (st. elizabeth allspice dram)
- 0.5 oz Simple syrup
- 0.5 oz Grapefruit juice
- 0.75 oz Fresh lime juice
- 1 oz Demerara rum (lemon hart 80 proof)
- 1 oz Dark jamaican rum (appleton 12 year)
Instructions
Shake with ice and strain into a double old-fashioned glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with a lime wedge and mint sprig.
