- 4 dash Angostura bitters · Bitters
- 0.25 oz Benedictine · Herbal Liqueur
- 0.25 oz Rothman & winter orchard pear liqueur · Liqueur
- 1.5 oz Dry amontillado sherry (lustau) · Sherry
Instructions
Stir with ice, strain into a cocktail coupe with 2 oz dry sparkling wine (Willm Blanc de Blancs), and garnish with a star anise pod.
