Horse Tonic

Ingredients

1 literal 1 Egg white · Other
0.25 oz Velvet falernum · Other
0.5 oz Ginger syrup · Syrup
0.75 oz Lemon juice · Juice
0.5 oz Cruzan black strap rum · Rum
1.5 oz Dark rum, preferably gosling's black seal · Rum

Instructions

Shake once without ice and once with. Strain into a Fizz glass containing 1 oz of soda water. Garnish with a pinch of espresso (mortar and pestle ground dark roast coffee beans) and an orange twist.
