Smokey The Pear

Ingredients
- 0.25 oz Honey-ginger syrup
- 0.75 oz Lemon juice
- 0.75 oz Belle de brillet pear liqueur
- 0.75 oz Del maguey mezcal vida
- 1.5 oz Bols genever
Instructions
Shake with ice, strain into a cocktail glass, and garnish with a dehydrated pear on a pick and a mist of more mezcal.
