Simple syrup (1/4 oz), Lemon juice, Citadelle gin (martin miller westbourne), Cardamaro

Gin (alchemy dry), Lemon juice, Simple syrup, Angostura bitters

Lemon juice, Orgeat, Clement créole shrubb, Ransom old tom gin

Sweet-sour (1/2 oz lemon juice, 1/2 oz simple syrup), Sweet vermouth (1 oz cocchi), Cognac (1 oz pierre ferrand 1840)
