Shake with ice and strain into a Highball glass filled with ice. Add a straw and garnish with either a cherry or a grapefruit twist.

Honey syrup (2:1), Grapefruit juice, Lime juice, Maple syrup, Bacardi 8 year rum

Simple syrup (1/4 oz), Apricot brandy (1/4 oz combier), Grapefruit juice (1 oz), Whiskey (2 oz four roses bourbon)

Peychaud's bitters, Simple syrup, Grapefruit juice, Gordon's gin

Small dash angostura bitters, Lemon juice, Sherry (lustau don nuño dry oloroso), Dry gin (anchor junipero)

Passion fruit syrup, Cynar, Mezcal

Orange bitters (regan's), Lemon juice (1/2 oz), Dry vermouth (1/2 oz noilly prat), Cherry brandy (1 oz cherry heering), Gin (1 oz beefeater)

Lemon juice, Ginger syrup, Fernet branca, Nolet's silver gin
