Ingredients

  • 1 literal 1 Egg white · Other
  • 3 dash Angostura bitters · Bitters
  • 0.75 oz Lemon juice · Juice
  • 0.75 oz Dry vermouth (noilly prat) · Vermouth
  • 1.5 oz Rye (jim beam) · Whiskey

Instructions

Shake once without ice and once with. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with a cherry (Luxardo Maraschino). I opted for a lemon twist (discarded, not dropped) as well.
