Ingredients

  • 2 dash Peychaud's bitters
  • 1 oz Grapefruit juice
  • 1 oz St. germain
  • 1.5 oz Bols genever

Instructions

Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Float prosecco (~1 oz) on top.
