0.5 oz Cocchi sweet vermouth · Vermouth
2 dash Angostura bitters · Bitters
1 Orange peel

Instructions

Express the orange peel into a mixing glass and drop in, add the rest of the ingredients and ice, stir, and strain into a coupe.
