Negroni (equal parts hayman's london dry gin, cocchi sweet vermouth, and campari), Cocchi sweet vermouth, Campari

Maple syrup, Dry vermouth (noilly prat), Campari, Apple brandy (laird's bonded), Scotch (royal brackla 12 year)

Carpano antica sweet vermouth, Campari, Blood orange cordial, Beefeater gin

Grenadine, Lemon juice, Gordon's gin, Berkshire mountain distillers' ragged mountain rum
