Ingredients

2 dash Angostura bitters · Bitters
0.25 oz Pineapple gum syrup (pineapple syrup)
0.25 oz Yellow chartreuse · Herbal Liqueur
0.5 oz Lemon juice · Juice
0.5 oz Plantation original dark rum · Gin
1 oz Pierre ferrand 1840 cognac (camus vs) · Cognac

Instructions

Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail coupe with 1 oz dry sparkling wine (Willm Blanc de Blancs). I added a lemon twist to the recipe.
