Ingredients

0.5 Egg white · Other
0.5 oz Orgeat (trader tiki) · Other
0.5 oz Benedictine · Herbal Liqueur
0.75 oz Lemon juice · Juice
2 oz Mezcal (del maguey vida) · Mezcal

Instructions

Shake once without ice and once with. Strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice, and garnish with freshly grated nutmeg and an orange twist.
