Maguey Sour

Ingredients
- 0.5 Egg white
- 0.5 oz Orgeat (trader tiki)
- 0.5 oz Benedictine
- 0.75 oz Lemon juice
- 2 oz Mezcal (del maguey vida)
Instructions
Shake once without ice and once with. Strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice, and garnish with freshly grated nutmeg and an orange twist.
