  • 1 dash Angostura bitters · Bitters
  • 0.25 oz Demerara syrup · Syrup
  • 0.25 oz Cinnamon syrup · Syrup
  • 0.5 oz Pineapple juice · Juice
  • 0.5 oz Lime juice · Juice
  • 2 oz Mount gay eclipse rum (plantation barbados 5 year)

Instructions

Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail coupe.
