1 dash Angostura bitters · Bitters
1 tsp Vanilla syrup · Syrup
0.25 oz Averna · Amaro
0.25 oz Smith & cross rum · Rum
0.5 oz Plantation pineapple rum · Rum
1 oz Old grand-dad bonded bourbon (old forester 100°)

Instructions

Stir with ice and strain into an old fashioned glass with a large cube; the photo showed an orange twist, so I added one.
