Ingredients

  • 1 Slice cucumber
  • 1 dash Brooklyn hemispherical's sriracha bitters
  • 1 dash Soy sauce
  • 0.5 oz Agave syrup (1:1) · Syrup
  • 0.5 oz Lime juice · Juice
  • 1 oz Lustau amontillado sherry · Sherry
  • 1 oz El buho mezcal · Mezcal

Instructions

Muddle cucumber in agave syrup. Shake with ice and double strain into a cocktail glass.
