Arrack Strap

Ingredients

  • 2 dash Mole bitters
  • 0.5 tsp Demerara syrup (1 tsp simple)
  • 1 tsp Campari
  • 1 oz Cocchi sweet vermouth (dolin)
  • 1 oz Batavia arrack
  • 1 oz Cruzan black strap rum
  • 2 dash Orange bitters (regan's)

Instructions

Stir with ice and strain into an Old Fashioned Glass with one large cube. Garnish with an orange twist.
