Ingredients
- 0.5 oz Egg white (1 whole egg white)
- 0.75 oz Simple syrup
- 0.75 oz Lime juice
- 0.5 oz Cortado sherry (lustau oloroso)
- 0.5 oz Calvados (boulard vsop)
- 1.5 oz Blanco tequila (espolon)
Instructions
Shake once without ice and once with ice, and strain into a cocktail coupe.
