  • 1 oz La gitana manzanilla sherry · Sherry
  • 1 oz Del maguey crema de mezcal (mezcal union)
  • 0.5 oz Lemon juice · Juice
  • 0.5 oz Pineapple syrup · Syrup
  • 0.5 oz Amaro montenegro · Amaro
  • 0.5 oz Giffard banane du bresil (tempus fugit)
  • 1 dash Regan's orange bitters (angostura orange)

Instructions

Shake with ice and strain into a double old fashioned glass.
