Ingredients

  • 2 dash Bittermens mole bitters
  • 0.75 oz Amontillado sherry (lustau)
  • 0.75 oz Cynar
  • 1.5 oz Aged rum (barbancourt 8 year)

Instructions

Stir with ice, strain into a rocks glass, and garnish with an orange twist.
