Ingredients
- 1 oz Dolin blanc vermouth
- 0.25 oz Demerara syrup
- 0.75 oz Lemon juice
- 0.25 oz Giffard crème de peche (massenez)
- 1.5 oz Lustau amontillado brandy
Instructions
Whip shake and serve over crushed ice (shake with ice and strain into a coupe glass). Garnish with an edible pansy (ornamental pea blossom).
