Ingredients

  • 1 dash Angostura bitters
  • 0.5 oz Apricot liqueur (combier)
  • 0.5 oz Orgeat
  • 0.75 oz Lime juice
  • 1 oz Demerara rum (el dorado 5 year)
  • 0.5 oz Lustau amontillado sherry
  • 1.5 oz Spanish brandy (camus vs cognac)

Instructions

Whip shake, pour into a double old fashioned glass (Tiki mug), fill with crushed ice, and garnish with mint.
