  • 1 oz Blanco tequila (avion)
  • 0.75 oz Simple syrup · Syrup
  • 0.5 oz Lime juice · Juice
  • 0.5 oz Lemon juice · Juice
  • 2 dash Orange bitters (angostura orange) · Bitters
  • 1 literal 1 Egg white · Other

Instructions

Shake one round without ice and one round with ice, and strain into a coupe glass.
