Ingredients

  • 1 dash Angostura bitters · Bitters
  • 0.5 oz Simple syrup · Syrup
  • 0.75 oz Lemon juice · Juice
  • 0.5 oz Amontillado sherry (lustau dry) · Sherry
  • 0.5 oz Cherry heering · Other
  • 2 oz Aged puerto rican rum (donq añejo)

Instructions

Shake with ice and strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a cherry.
