  • 0.75 oz Rosé syrup (equal parts rosé wine (boyal) & sugar)
  • 0.75 oz Mezcal (fidencio) · Mezcal
  • 1 oz Lime juice · Juice
  • 1.5 oz Manzanilla sherry (lustau fino)

Instructions

Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail coupe.
