Ingredients
- 1 oz Perry's tot gin (junipero)
- 0.5 oz Del maguey vida mezcal (mezcal union)
- 0.5 oz Dolin blanc vermouth
- 0.5 oz Lime juice
- 0.5 oz Raspberry syrup
- 1 literal 1 Egg white
Instructions
Shake once without ice and once with ice, strain into a cocktail coupe, and garnish with a grapefruit twist.
