  • 0.5 oz Egg white (1 egg white) · Other
  • 0.5 oz Lemon juice · Juice
  • 0.5 oz Raspberry syrup · Syrup
  • 0.5 oz Dry vermouth (noilly prat) · Vermouth
  • 1.5 oz Dry gin (beefeater) · Gin

Instructions

Shake without ice and then with ice, strain into a cocktail coupe, and garnish with 2 raspberries on a pick (omit)
