Ingredients

  • 0.5 oz Water
  • 0.25 oz Herbsaint
  • 0.5 oz Benedictine
  • 0.5 oz Dolin dry vermouth
  • 0.5 oz Punt e mes
  • 1.25 oz Laphroaig 10 year scotch
  • 1 dash Angostura orange bitters
  • 1 dash Angostura bitters

Instructions

Build in rocks glass and stir to mix. Use no ice, this is a room temperature cocktail. Twist a lemon peel over the top.
