Tamarind Whiskey Sour

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Jaggery syrup (1:1)
  • 1 tsp Tamarind concentrate mixed with 1/3 oz hot water
  • 1 oz Lime juice
  • 1.5 oz Bourbon (bulleit)

Instructions

Shake with ice and strain into a Double Old Fashioned glass. Garnish with an orange slice and a cherry.
