Amaretto (luxardo at work, disaronno at home), Amaro averna, Plantation oftd overproof rum, Lemon juice, Simple syrup, 1 Egg white

1 Egg white, Housemade aromatic bitters, Simple syrup, Lemon juice, Green chartreuse, Old overholt rye

Angostura bitters, Simple syrup (3/4 oz), Lemon juice, Soursop nectar, Gin (beefeater)

Rich demerara syrup (2:1), Lime juice, Campari, Carpano antica sweet vermouth, Rittenhouse 100 rye

1 Egg white, Slice orange, Simple syrup, Lemon juice, Jagermeister, Aged cachaça (seleta gold)
